We are offering a choice of membership options to make you comfortable with your contribution. Celebrate Our Happy Tails
| Wayne County has long been deeply concerned about the increasing population of stray, abandoned and homeless animals who do not choose their situation and are helpless to voice their needs. |
| Establishing the Animal Refuge Foundation (ARF), to help solve the problem and to benefit the entire community, is not an easy task and will only be successful with the firm commitment of the foundation leadership and of the dedicated participation of its members. |
